Michał was born on September 29th, 1903.  Michał's father was Wojciech Piwowarczyk and his mother was Joanna Piwowarczyk (Suchta).  His paternal grandparents were Andrzej Piwowarczyk and Marianna Piwowarczyk (Kowalska). He had four brothers and four sisters, named Wincenty, Marcin, Wojciech (ks.), Jakub, Celestyna, Katarzyna, Marianna and Anna.  He was the third youngest of the nine children.  He died at the age of 84 on January 30th, 1988.

Michał and Stefania were married.  They had three sons and a daughter, named Jerzy, Zdzisław, Januariusz and Danuta.
