Walenty was born in 1848.  Walenty's father was Marcin Manterys and his mother was Brygida Manterys (Krotlińska).  His paternal grandparents were Jacenty Manterys and Małgorzata Manterys (Żurek). He had three brothers and three sisters, named Józef, Bartłomiej, Tomasz, Marianna, Katarzyna and Maryanna.  He was the third oldest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 71 on December 12th, 1919.



Walenty's family

Walenty and Magdalena were married.  They had a son and three daughters, named Walenty, Franciszka, Marianna and Katarzyna.
