Chaterine Margerit was born on November 13th, 1924.  Chaterine Margerit's father was Geoge Augustus Oliver and her mother was Johanna Jacoba Elizabeth Engelbrecht (van Blerk).  Her maternal grandparents were Pieter Gideon Engelbrecht and Anna Elizabeth de Waal (Engelbrecht). She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Pieter Gideon and Dorothea Charlotta.  She died at the age of 69 on April 12th, 1994.
