Frank Morris Welch

Frank was born on April 20th, 1865. Frank's father is Apchelus Welch and his mother was Emily Ann Spinney. His maternal grandparents were Nathan Spinney and Nancy K. Spinney. He had a brother and three sisters, named Alfred, Alice, Annie and Amy. He was the third oldest of the five children. Frank is no longer alive.
