John Tobey

John was born in 1780. John's father was Samuel Tobey and his mother was Mary Paul. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Tobey and Mary Spinney. He had six brothers and four sisters, named James, Stephen, Samuel, William, William, Samuel, Abigail, Mary, Sarah and Mary. He was the eighth oldest of the eleven children.
