James Tobey

James was born in 1769. James' father was Samuel Tobey and his mother was Mary Paul. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Tobey and Mary Spinney. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Stephen, Samuel, William, John, William, Samuel, Abigail, Mary, Sarah and Mary. He was the oldest of the eleven children.
