Shubal T. Spinney

Shubal was born in 1849 in Calais, Maine.¹ Shubal's father was Nathaniel Spinney and his mother was Mary Lowe. His paternal grandparents were Jonathan Spinney and Mary Catherine Troke. He had seven brothers and five sisters, named William, Stephen, Zebadiah, Zebalon, George, George, Leberton, Sarah, Sarah, Catherine, Mary and Nellie. He was the seventh oldest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 40 on April 5th, 1889 in Calais, Maine.¹
