William L. Spinney

William was born in March 1835 in St. George, New Brunswick.¹ William's father was Nathaniel Spinney and his mother was Mary Lowe. His paternal grandparents were Jonathan Spinney and Mary Catherine Troke. He had seven brothers and five sisters, named Stephen, Zebadiah, Zebalon, Shubal, George, George, Leberton, Sarah, Sarah, Catherine, Mary and Nellie. He was the oldest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 80 on October 23rd, 1915 in Calais, Maine.¹
