Otis Levi Spinney

Otis was born on August 28th, 1903 in Onarga, Illinois. Otis' father was Ebenezer Spinney and his mother is Carilean Ursula Smith. His paternal grandparents were William L. Spinney and Sarah Lee. He had five brothers and six sisters, named John, William, Charles, Chester, Francis, Maudie, Lucy, Katheryn, Marie, Corrine and Myrtle. He died at the age of 63 on December 22nd, 1966 in Lansing, Michigan.
