Martha Spinney

Martha was born on June 16th, 1796 in Lynn, Essex County, Massachusetts. Martha's father was Benjamin Spinney and her mother was Marth Newhall. Her paternal grandparents were John Spinney and Grace Bowden; her maternal grandparents are William Newhall and Martha Mansfield. She had five brothers and two sisters, named John, William, Benjamin, Francis, Charles, Susan and Sarah. She was the oldest of the eight children.
