Jason (Bub) Albert Spinney

Jason, known as Bub, was born on August 27th, 1854 in Merseyside, Maine.

- An alternate place of birth is Calais, Maine.

Bub's father was Charles Edward Spinney and his mother was Jane L. Golden. His paternal grandparents were Jonathan Spinney and Mary Catherine Troke; his maternal grandparents are Peter Golden and Lucy Parks. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Little Eddie, George, Franklin, Edward, Hannah, Jessie, Nellie, Louise and Carrie. He was the oldest of the ten children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, and also a half-sibling of unknown gender, named Ambrose, Eliza and Spinney. He died at the age of 75 on July 26th, 1930 in Kings Park, Long Island, New York. He was buried in Sailor's Snug Hospital Cemetary.
