Charles Edward Spinney

Charles was born in 1822 in L'Etang, New Brunswick. Charles' father was Jonathan Spinney and his mother was Mary Catherine Troke. His paternal grandparents were Nathaniel Spinney and Lois Webber; his maternal grandparents are John Troke and <Unknown>. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Stephen, Caleb, James, Nathaniel, George, Louisa, Dorothy and Sarah. He was the eighth oldest of the nine children. He had five half-brothers and a half-sister, named Joseph, Ebenezer, Archibald, Jonathan, John and Mary. He died at the age of 62 on July 18th, 1884 in Calais, Maine. He was buried in Block 9, Lot 4.
