James Renforth Spinney

James was born on July 25th, 1886 in Upper L'Etang, New Brunswick. James' father was James Van Buren Spinney and his mother was Rebecca Carver. His paternal grandparents were James S. Spinney and Martha (Anne) Lowe; his maternal grandparents are William Carver and Susan Cox. He had four brothers and five sisters, named George, Joseph, John, Harold, Annie, Susan, Letitia, Katherine and Ellen. He was the seventh oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 70 on October 9th, 1956 in St. George, New Brunswick.
