James Barteaux Spinney

James was born in 1860 in Greenwood, Kings County, Nova Scotia. James' father was Harding Theodore Spinney and his mother was Helen F. Berteaux. His paternal grandparents were Jacob Beach Spinney and Ann G. Crocker; his maternal grandparents are James Barteaux and Parney Wheelock. He had a brother and four sisters, named Ingram, Ruby, Anna, Parnie and Rowena. He was the second oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 61 in 1921 in Greenwood, Kings County, Nova Scotia.
