George Dewey Spinney

George was born on August 17th, 1898 in Portsmouth, Rockingham County, New Hampshire. George's father was Samuel Houston Spinney and his mother was Ida F. Stiles. His paternal grandparents were John Rogers Spinney and Sophia Savery. He had a brother and four sisters, named Arthur, Ida, Etta, Elizabeth and Marion. He was the youngest of the six children.
