Franklin Spinney

Franklin was born on August 28th, 1897. Franklin's father was Franklin P. Spinney and his mother was Cassie F. Garnett. His paternal grandparents were Charles Edward Spinney and Jane L. Golden. He had a brother and two sisters, named Reginald, Frances and Gladys. He was the second oldest of the four children. He died before 1900.
