Joanna Howard (Hayward)

Joanna was born on November 24th, 1773 in Onslow, Colchester County, Nova Scotia.¹ Joanna's father was Ephraim Howard and her mother was Sarah Blair. Her maternal grandparents were William Blair and Jane Barnes. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Ephraim, Ephraim, Simon, Ephraim, Simeon, Deborah, Hannah, Martha and Lucy. She was the seventh oldest of the ten children.
