Dow

Dow was born in 1882. Dow's father was Perry Hobbs Dow and his mother was Susan Chadwick Cook. His paternal grandparents were Israel Dow and Lavinia Hobbs; his maternal grandparents are Harvey Cook and Susannah Peabody. He had two brothers and a sister, named Dow, Clinton and Bertha. He was the third oldest of the four children.
