William (Billy) Allen Dow

William, known as Billy, was born on September 18th, 1920. Billy's father was Harlow (Harley) Eugene Dow Sr and his mother is Mildred Flynn. His paternal grandparents were Harry Lee Dow and Susie May Hathaway. He had two brothers and a sister, named Harley, Ricky and Ruthie. He had two half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Ralph, Sonny, June, Eleanor, Shirley, Peggy and Sue. He died at the age of 42 in October 1962.
