Victor was born on April 18th, 1912.  Victor's father is Frank G. Holchak and his mother was Clara Holub.  His maternal grandparents were John F. Holub and Terezie Holub/Gallia. He had two brothers and a sister, named Edvin, Melvin and Elsie.  He is the third oldest of the four children.
