James Laing

James was born on July 4th, 1876 in Burghead. James' father was William Laing and his mother was Elspet McHardy. His paternal grandparents were John Laing and Elspet Cobban. He had a brother and two sisters, named John, Elspet and Jessie. He was the youngest of the four children.
