Gotthárd Thiering

Gotthárd was born on January 27th, 1698 in Sopron.¹   Gotthárd's father was Mátyás Thirring and his mother was Mária Bauhofer.  His paternal grandparents were Hans Georg Düringer and Margaréta. He had six brothers and two sisters, named János, Gothard, Mátyás, Mihály, Otto, Mihály, Mária and Anna.  He was the second youngest of the nine children.  He died at the age of 54 in 1752.
