Katalin Körtvélyesi

Katalin was born in April 1870 in Ada and her baptism took place there on April 10th, 1870.¹   Katalin's father was Imre Körtvélyesi and her mother was Teréz Tóbiás.  Her paternal grandparents were József Körtvélyessy and Katalin Balogh. She had three brothers and four sisters, named György, János, József, Rozália, Heléna, Erzsébet and Anna.  She was the youngest of the eight children.  She died at the age of 58 on December 13th, 1928 in Ada.²
