Lewis Siman

Lewis was born on February 27th, 1917. Lewis' father was Lewis Siman and his mother was Rose Kubanda. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Siman and Maria Bialik; his maternal grandparents are Jan Kubanda and Kristina Voytko. He had a brother and three sisters, named Joseph, Mary, Rose and Ann. He was the second oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 87 on February 27th, 2004.
