Joseph was born on July 10th, 1841.  Joseph's father was Joseph Andrew Siman and his mother was Anna Polomscan.  His paternal grandparents were Joseph Siman and Maria Sics; his maternal grandparents are Mathew Polomscan and <Unknown>. He had three brothers named Andrew, Ignatius and Joseph.  He was the second youngest of the four children.  He died at 9 months old on April 18th, 1842.
