Thomas was born in 1697 in Oulton, Staffordshire, UK.  Thomas' father was John BOX and his mother is Jane DOD.  His paternal grandfather was John BOX and his paternal grandmother is Edith (UNKNOWN). He had three brothers and a sister, named Matthew, Andrew, George and Elizabeth.  He was the third oldest of the five children.  He died at the age of 71 on August 16th, 1768 in Oulton, Staffordshire, UK.
