Irina, known as Ina, was born on August 8th, 1935 and her christening was conducted by the priest.  Ina's father was Vasile (Vasilica) Cretu and her mother was Ecaterina (Titi) Ioachimescu Cretu.  Her maternal grandparents were Stefan Ioachimescu and Alexandrina Popovici Ioachimescu. She had two brothers and a sister, named Ermin, Dedi and Ligia.  She was the second youngest of the four children.  She died  due to Covid at the age of 84 on April 11th, 2020 in Bucuresti.  The funeral took place on April 14th, 2020 in Bucuresti.
