"Presbitera Smaranda - cu parintzi "boieri de neam", cand a ramas singura, a venit la fiul ei Constantin. Era cocheta cu multe fuste scrobite, rochii de matase si o haina maron cu maneci largi, cu garnituri de catifea mov si blana pe dedesubt."
