Juana was born on April 6th, 1618 in Azcoitia, Guipuzcoa, España.  Juana's father is Pedro Ortíz De Zarauz y Gamboa and her mother is Ana De Andunaegui Jausoro Lili y Balda.  Her paternal grandfather is Francisco Buquer de Barton and her paternal grandmother was Mariana De Zarauz y Gamboa; her maternal grandfather was Francisco De Andunaegui and her maternal grandmother is Maria Ortiz de Jausoro Lili y Balda. She had seven brothers and five sisters, named Joan, Ygnacio Angelo, Pedro, Joseph, Martin, Mateo, Francisco, Maria, Clara, Cathalina, Antonia and Josefa.  She died at the age of 16 on April 2nd, 1635 in Azcoitia, Guipuzcoa, España.
