Omaira JOsefina's father was Rafael Motaban Martinez and her mother is Rosario Rondon Martinez.  Her paternal grandparents were Antonio Jose Motaban and Josefa Ricarda Martinez; her maternal grandparents are Antonio Maria Rondon Otero and Narcisa Martinez Borrego.
