Narcisa's father was General Felipe Martinez Luz and her mother is Maria del Rosario Borrego.  Her paternal grandparents are Jose Antonio Martinez and Rosario Luz. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Felipe, Angel, Felix Ramon, Marcolina, Rosa, Silvina, Ines Maria and Francisca. She has three half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Pedro Modesto, Felipe, Cleto, Maria and Petra.
