Viva L. Higgs

Viva L. was born on December 21st, 1886. Viva L.'s father was Albert C. Higgs and her mother was Fedora M. Smith. Her paternal grandfather was Abijah Cove Higgs and her paternal grandmother is Mary Jane Dickinson.
