Margaret was born on August 25th, 1908.  Margaret's father was George Mathieson and her mother was Elizabeth McVie.  Her paternal grandparents were Robert Mathieson and Jane Houston. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Michael, Willie, Violet, Georde, Elizabeth, Isobel and Emily.  She died from cancer at the age of 78 on May 17th, 1987.
