Noel Carpena Vinuya

Noel was born on February 28th, 1968.  Noel's father is Estanislao (Esting) Manalastas Vinuya and his mother is Celia Carpena.  His paternal grandparents were Ceferino Balagtas Vinuya and Alejandra Dela Pena Manalastas. He had two brothers and a sister, named Rico, Dante and Zenya.  He is the oldest of the four children. He has three half-sisters named Sam, Ella, Belai, Ezel and Deby.
