Ceferino Balagtas Vinuya

Ceferino, known as Piring, was born on August 26th, 1916.  Piring's father was Cristino (Tuno) Manapul Vinuya and his mother was Geralda Balagtas.  His paternal grandparents were Lauriano Vinuya and Deogracia Manapul. He had a brother and two sisters, named Juaquin, Dingga and Veronica.  He was the second youngest of the four children. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Jaime, Agang and Paring.
