William Doney

William was born on February 22nd, 1795. William's father was Matthew Doney and his mother was Mary Greenwood. His paternal grandparents were William Doney and Elizabeth Souther. He had eight brothers and two sisters, named James, Mathew, Edward, Peter, Richard, Samuel, Isaac, Isaac, Wilmot and Elizabeth. He was the oldest of the eleven children.
