Hiram Vaught

Hiram was born in 1797 in Blount County, TN. Hiram's father was Andrew Vaught and his mother was Elziabeth Betsy Dobler. His paternal grandparents were John Andrew Vaught and Elizabeth Catherine Ermentrout; his maternal grandparents were Jacob Cobler and Anna Maria Hough. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Andrew, Henry, Joseph, John, William, Isaac, Cathern, Maria, Rachel, Elizabeth and Sally. He was the third youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 63 in 1860 in Arkansas.
