Rachel Vaught

Rachel was born in 1786 in Montgomery, VA. Rachel's father was Andrew Vaught and her mother was Elziabeth Betsy Dobler. Her paternal grandparents were John Andrew Vaught and Elizabeth Catherine Ermentrout; her maternal grandparents were Jacob Cobler and Anna Maria Hough. She had seven brothers and four sisters, named Andrew, Henry, Joseph, John, William, Hiram, Isaac, Cathern, Maria, Elizabeth and Sally. She was the fifth oldest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 59 on December 24th, 1845 in Morgan, AL.
