Hany's father is Adel Alsaid Ahmad Abdulrehem and his mother is Fatmah.  His paternal grandparents are Alsaid Ahmad Abdulrehem and Atiat; his maternal grandfather was Hasan Abulhamed Alkelany and his maternal grandmother is Hanaa Alsaid AbdulHafez. He has two sisters named Hager and Hanaey.
