Fatmah's father is Mahmoud Younes Metwalley and her mother is Samah Ibrahim Abdu Saied.  Her paternal grandfather is Younis Mohmed Metwalley and her paternal grandmother was Zainab Alsaeed. She has two sisters named Zinab and Ayah.  Fatmah and Zinab are twins.
