Bahaa's father is Mahmoud Abdul Mutey Thabet and his mother is SAFAA Mohmed Hasan Mustafa.  His maternal grandfather is Mohmed  Hasan Hassan Mustafa and his maternal grandmother was Awatef Mustafa Hassan Mashalley. He has a brother and a sister, named Yousuf and Essraa. He has a half-sister named Nabelah.
