Ali was born in 1906.  Ali's father is Ahmad Ramdan Belelah and his mother is Latefah.  His paternal grandparents are Ramadan Belelah and <Unknown>. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Alsaid, Ahmad, Zenab, Nafessah and UmHassan.  He died at the age of 88 in 1994.
