Carol was born on June 24th, 1950.  Carol's father was Arthur Winske and her mother was Irene Stiebs.  Her paternal grandparents were Emil Otto Rienhardt Winske and Louise Paulina Behnke. She has a brother and two sisters, named Larry, Betty and Sharon.  She is the youngest of the four children.
