Christiaan Willem Winterbach 
Christiaan was born on October 9th, 1886. Christiaan's father was Dirk Jacobus Winterbach and his mother was Maria Magdalena Hougaard. His paternal grandparents were Dirk Jacobus Winterbach and Hester Francina Elizabetha Verster. He had eight brothers and four sisters, named noname, Rooi Dirk, Johan, Piet, Izak, Jan, Kosie, Theo, Anna, Hettie, Miemie and Dorie. He died due to a respiratory problem and/or pneumonia, Typhoid fever, at the age of 14 on April 23rd, 1901. He was buried on April 24th, 1901 in Olifantshoek, tussen Lydenburg en Burgersfort.1 Death Notes
