Eugen František was born on June 17th, 1855 in Krnsko.  Eugen František's father was František Adam Wratislav z Mitrowicz and his mother was Rosalie Sporck.  His maternal grandparents are Josef Sporck and Walpurga Vìžníková. He had two brothers named Maximilian Josef and Arnošt.  He was the oldest of the three children.  He died at the age of 42 on June 22nd, 1897 in Merano.
