Aloisie's father was Antonín Bedøich Mitrovský z Nemyšle and her mother was Leopoldina Klebelsberg.  Her paternal grandparents were Jan Baptista Mitrovský z Nemyšle and Josefa Perger. She had two brothers and a sister, named Antonín Friedrich, Josef and Leopoldina.  She died in 1823.
