Jindøich was born in 1616.  Jindøich's father was Václav Malovec z Chýnova and his mother is Anna Oselská z Dlouhé Vsi.  His paternal grandfather was Jan Malovec z Chýnova and his paternal grandmother is Voršila Koøenská z Terešova. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Zdenìk, Petr, Jan, Oldøich, Afra "Kateøina", Anna and Napka.  He died at the age of 14 in 1630.
