Victorie was born in 1859. Victorie's father was Franz Falkener, von and her mother was Marie Kohlmann. Her paternal grandparents were Ernst Konstantin Hesse-Philippsthal, von and Christiane Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt, von. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Ferdinand, August, Franz, Konstanze and Marie Amalie. She was the fifth oldest of the six children. She died at the age of 60 in 1919.
