Folco Este, d'

Folco was born in 1342. Folco's father was Obizzo III. Este, d' and his mother was Lippa Ariosto. His paternal grandparents were Aldobrandino II. Este, d' and Alda Rangoni; his maternal grandfather is Giacomo Ariosto. He had two brothers and a sister, named Ugo, Alberto I. and Constanza. He was the oldest of the four children. He had four half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Rinaldo II., Aldobrandino III., Niccolo II., Azzo, Beatrice, Alda and Alisia. He died at the age of 16 in 1358.
