Jindøich VI. was born in 1593.  Jindøich VI.'s father was Jindøich Kunata Dobrzenský z Dobrzenicz and his mother was Anna Kekulová ze Stradonic.  His paternal grandparents were Jindøich V. "Rozkoš Èáp" Dobrzenský z Dobrzenicz and Kateøina Karolina Svárova, ze; his maternal grandparents were Jan Kekule ze Stradonic and Krystyna Janovská ze Soutic. He had two sisters named Veronika Polyxena and Lidmila Kristina. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Karel Kunata, Kateøina Veronika and Johanka.  He died at the age of 44 in 1637.
